## About the Role

* 7+ years in product ownership, product management, or a closely related role, ideally with data, analytics, or platform products.
\n

 * Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity - you can walk into an unstructured problem space and leave it with a clear, prioritized plan.
\n

 * Strong working knowledge of the modern data stack and enough fluency to earn the trust of engineers and analysts (e.g., cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, cloud platforms such as AWS, and BI tools such as Power BI). You don't have to write the pipeline, but you need to understand how data moves and where it breaks.
\n

 * Comfort with retail or operational data - thinking in dimensions like day, store, and SKU - and translating that into business outcomes.
\n

 * Fluency in agile delivery practices (backlog management, story writing, sprint cadences) and the judgment to adapt them rather than follow them dogmatically.
\n

 * Excellent communication skills across a wide audience - from executives to end users to engineers.
