You have at least one year of experience in software support, technical assistance, or customer service within a technical environment. Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment would be considered an advantage. * Professional proficiency in English is required. * Knowledge of Dutch is considered a strong asset. You will be involved in technical issues related to CAD/CAM applications, MES systems, and data analytics solutions, while working closely with technical and development teams., * Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to customers. * Diagnose and resolve incidents reported via phone, email, or ticketing systems. * Support users in the operation of CAD/CAM, MES, and data analytics applications. * Escalate complex issues to advanced support, development, or engineering teams while ensuring clear and comprehensive documentation. * Install, configure, update, and maintain software applications on customer sites. * Collaborate with technology support teams to identify and resolve issues related to advanced manufacturing systems. * Deliver remote or on-site user training when required. * Participate in software deployment, upgrade, and customer onboarding projects. * Contribute to customer satisfaction through effective communication and thorough follow-up of support requests.
