* 2+ years of experience building and maintaining production backend services in a service-oriented architecture.
 * Proficiency in Go and exposure to blockchain fundamentals (Ethereum or similar EVM chains).
 * Experience evaluating, integrating, and operating third-party APIs and external partner systems.
 * Demonstrated ability to deliver features end-to-end with autonomy, from design through deployment and ongoing operation.
 * Familiarity with distributed systems patterns and a track record of writing high-quality, well-tested production code.
 * Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

## Description

* Build backend services that power stablecoin issuance, onboarding, and operations, including integrating external partner APIs with internal systems to launch new international stablecoins.
 * Own end-to-end delivery of features from technical design through production, working closely with product managers, designers, and tech leads on scope and implementation.
 * Support the smart contracts that mint, burn, and safeguard stablecoin supply, working with senior engineers on design and security review.
 * Partner with cross-functional teams across Stablecoins UX, Growth, and Ecosystem to deliver rewards, incentive, and conversion features that drive stablecoin adoption.
 * Execute reliability and quality improvements across the stablecoin platform, writing well-tested code and contributing to observability, monitoring, and operational excellence.
