Must be a U.S. Citizen., * Associate degree in Engineering or similar, including 2-4 years of experience. Or 5-10 years life experience directly relating to testing, handling, assembling, and troubleshooting systems. * Ability to learn and operate laboratory equipment. Of particular interest are oscilloscopes, signal generators, vector network analyzers, vector signal analyzers, data acquisition modules, spectrum analyzers, programmable power supplies/loads etc. * Ability to write clear and precise test plans and reports for internal personnel and external laboratories/clients. * Ability to read and apply MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461. * Ability to load firmware. * Familiarity with IP networking a plus.
