Nice to have * Experience designing AI-enabled experiences or conversational workflows. * Experience in healthcare, regulated environments, enterprise software, or operations-focused products. * Experience supporting design systems or pattern libraries. ## Description At Resmed, we're looking for a Senior User Experience Designer to help shape digital experiences that support patients, providers, operations teams, and internal stakeholders across our ecosystem. You'll combine strong interaction design, systems thinking, and product judgment to turn ambiguity into intuitive, scalable experiences that help people get things done. As part of our Global User Experience team, you'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Content, and CX teams to design experiences that are useful, accessible, and scalable. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving workflow and information architecture challenges, and is excited about thoughtfully incorporating AI into modern digital experiences. You'll play a key role in defining workflows, shaping information architecture, creating interaction models, and helping establish what high-quality user experiences look like across Resmed's digital products and services.
