Technical coursework related to blueprint reading, application of AS9100 in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred. EXPERIENCE: 4 years of Aerospace Quality Assurance experience required, preferably in a build-to-spec manufacturing environment. 4 years' experience of CMS programming - Preferred knowledge of Laser Scanner and CMM. 4 years 2D modeling experience preferred (CATIA V5 or SOLIDWORKS) Experience with Polyworks preferred. Boeing document knowledge required. REQUIRED SKILLS: CMM Programming. Ability and motivation to study and learn independently. Patience with the desire to impart knowledge on others. Fluency in ASME Y14.5, GD&T and ASME Y14.41 (DPD) Needs to have excellent analytical skills. Needs to be detail oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills communicating with internal and external customers. Needs to have exceptional and problem-solving and decision-making skills. ## Description The Quality CMS Operator and Programmer is responsible for programming and operating for CMS programming as well as developing, applying, and maintaining quality requirements and standards for development and manufacture of products. Responsible for following and maintaining in the processes and procedures of the internal Coordinate Measuring Systems (Scanner and CMM). Promotes and executes quality values, inspection processes, quality plans, documents and reports. Is fluent in ASME Y14.5(GD&T) and ASME Y14.41 (DPD) to work with CATIA V5 and CMS software (experience with Polyworks, CMM Manager, Verisurf, PC DMS, etc.) required to interrogate models/engineering data in determining product conformance.
