Preferred Skills * Experience supporting large-scale HCM portfolios across multiple vendors and business functions. * Background supporting major implementations, migrations, or platform modernization efforts. * Experience working with distributed onshore and offshore teams. * Familiarity with SOX-controlled or similarly regulated enterprise environments. * Experience helping establish on-call models, SLAs/SLOs, monitoring, and escalation frameworks. * Experience reducing single points of failure through cross-training and succession planning. * Proficiency with Jira for backlog management, planning, and sprint ceremonies. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. ## Description Step into a key technical leadership role supporting HCM integrations in a complex enterprise environment. This position partners closely with HCM leadership to provide architectural guidance, strengthen operational resilience, and help ensure critical systems supporting benefits, payroll, equity, and employee data run smoothly.
