## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental, Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
 * 5+ years of relevant Oil & Gas industry experience.
 * Experience analyzing environmental requirements related to air, water, and waste.
 * Ability to evaluate alternatives for meeting environmental compliance requirements and communicate recommendations.
 * Experience with ESG reporting and assurance processes.
 * Understanding of Lifecycle Assessment (LCA) methodologies.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Work Migration Engineer Sustainability to support work migration, process standardization, sustainability initiatives, and stakeholder coordination within the Oil & Gas industry.
The ideal candidate will combine engineering knowledge, sustainability and environmental compliance experience, strong process-mapping capabilities, and excellent stakeholder communication skills. Key Responsibilities

 * Lead and support work migration activities within the Oil & Gas industry.
 * Develop detailed flowcharts to document business processes, workflows, and operating procedures.
 * Conduct discussions and workshops with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop supporting documentation.
 * Obtain stakeholder alignment and approvals for documented processes and proposed solutions.
 * Coordinate with distributed/global execution teams to understand implementation plans and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
 * Standardize work processes using industry best practices.
 * Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment with project and business expectations.
 * Support project documentation and collaboration using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Visio.
 * Apply strong business acumen to align project activities with organizational objectives.
 * Support sustainability and environmental data analysis initiatives.
