## About the Role

* This is an 100% Onsite.
 * 84 months of experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop/maintain n-tier web browser-based applications in C# for n-tier web deployment.
 * 84 months of experience with Oracle 11G or higher and writing SQL and PL/SQL queries, updates, stored procedures, functions and cursors, and Oracle SQL query optimization.
 * 84 months of experience in developing and maintaining web applications that utilize modern client-side technologies such as HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets.
 * 36 months of experience in developing applications that utilize .Net Core MVC.
 * 24 months of experience in developing web-based application user interface with responsive web design (RWD) that follow Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.
 * 84 months of experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of secure .Net web-services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), SOAP/Restful APIs, message and queue processing, and/or an Enterprise Service Bus.
 * 60 months of experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source code management.
 * 36 months of experience coding and maintaining applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).

## Description

Lead developer for several applications, including but not limited to, Security Application Rewrite using Microsoft .Net Core, C#, PL/SQL, and various other programming tools.
Duties

 * Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)
 * Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 or higher and write code using MVC Architecture, .Net Core, JavaScript, Angular 2
 * or higher, Ajax, HTML, XML, Web APIs and WCF.
 * Prepare scripts to create and modify existing Oracle tables, create indexes, constraints, triggers, views, etc., code
 * stored procedures and packages, convert and migrate data when necessary.
 * Diagnose and troubleshoot various rules, calculations, and data issues on application reports using Crystal Reports.
 * Mentor and assist other programmers, both state and consultant, providing guidance for debugging, troubleshooting, securing and deploying applications, data access, data communications and system architecture configurations.
 * Use a source code repository TFS for checking in and checking out source code branching off new versions of the source code.
 * Work within the IT Service Management System to take in incidents and service requests for the application, as well as request services from other ITS groups.
 * Code applications that access Protected Health Information.
 * Diagnose and debug production issues reported via ITSM. Escalate critical calls as necessary and join bridge calls to assist in diagnosis.
 * Report status of current tasks and outstanding issues to supervisor.
