Physical Demands: * Substantial movements (motion) of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers in a repetitive manner. * Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors). * Continuous sitting, standing, walking, using stairs, hearing, talking, bending, crouching, and working closely with others. * Exerting up to 50 pounds (up to 100 pounds via dolly) of force occasionally to lift, carry, pull, or otherwise move objects. ## Description Position Summary: The IT Analyst is an exempt role that reports to the IT Manager. The IT Analyst supports day-to-day technology operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and desktop support. This role will be part of a high-performing IT team with a strong sense of customer service. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Intune/MDM, Cisco Meraki, and is familiar with security tools. POS and API integration experience are nice to have., End User Support * Provide first and second-line technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues to agreed SLA targets. * Deliver clear technical guidance and documentation to improve user self-sufficiency and reduce recurring incidents. Hardware Deployment * Coordinate the imaging, configuration, and deployment of end user devices including laptops, desktops, and peripherals in line with organizational standards. * Maintain accurate hardware records within the asset management system to support audits and refresh planning. Technology Asset Maintenance * Manage the full lifecycle of technology assets from procurement to decommissioning, ensuring compliance with data disposal and internal policies. * Perform routine preventive maintenance across the technology estate, proactively identifying issues before they impact operations. Software & Project Deployment * Support the rollout of business applications, managing software licensing, patch management, and version control to ensure compliance and stability. * Contribute to IT project delivery by providing technical input and coordinating deployment activities against agreed timelines.
