When you solve the same problem twice, you script, automate, or build something so no one solves it a third time - and you can show us what you've built \n * AI-forward. You reach for AI tools by default and use them for real work: prompt design, AI-assisted troubleshooting, automated workflows \n * Technically fluent. Comfortable reading/writing basic scripts and queries (Python, JavaScript, SQL, JSON), working with REST APIs, and reading logs and payloads without flinching \n * Analytical. Experience in a high-volume, direct-customer technical support environment \n * Owner's reflexes. Bias toward action, comfortable with ambiguity, willing to be part of an on-call rotation \n * 2+ years in technical support, solutions engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role (floor only - the builder bar governs) \n, * Experience with Intercom-class ticketing platforms, especially with AI agents deployed; Salesforce, Jira ## Related Videos - [GitOps for the people](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/461-gitops-for-the-people) - [Tips and Tricks for Working with JSON](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1229-tips-and-tricks-for-working-with-json) - [Developer’s Perspective: Overview of the Tezos Blockchain Ecosystem](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/237-developer-s-perspective-overview-of-the-tezos-blockchain-ecosystem) - [Building the Next Generation of Software](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100186-building-the-next-generation-of-software) - [Integrate your Cognitive Assistant with 3rd-party DBs and software](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/249-integrate-your-cognitive-assistant-with-3rd-party-dbs-and-software) - [Improving quality with Agentic AI with Rovo Dev and Xray](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/2005-improving-quality-with-agentic-ai-with-rovo-dev-and-xray) ## Related Articles - [Dev Digest 121 - AI goes offline](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/456-dev-digest-121-ai-goes-offline) - [Navigating the AI Shift](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/629-navigating-the-ai-shift) - [The Prompt Engineer ✍️](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/216-the-prompt-engineer) - [Prompt Engineering is a Job of the Past](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/342-prompt-engineering-is-a-job-of-the-past) - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [What is Software Engineering in the Age of AI?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/640-what-is-software-engineering-in-the-age-of-ai)
