The successful applicant must have a current US Government TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph Clearance. Must live within commuting distance and be able to work onsite for up to 4 days per week in the Herndon, VA/DC area., * Must possess a current U.S. Government DoD TS/SCI with FSP Security Clearance * 10 years of demonstrated experience in Technical Program and/or Project Management * Technical Program and/or Project Management experience within critical, classified networks is required * Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required Preferred Qualifications: * Experience owning the end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects, ensuring strict adherence to operational standards and seamless cross-functional coordination to ensure consistent delivery excellence, program profitability, and high levels of customer satisfaction * Track record of orchestrating large-scale, strategic programs that align with complex contracted business outcomes and operational governance * Proficiency in aligning customer requirements to scope and delivery plans, ensuring the appropriate resources are engaged to meet specific program and project needs * Dedication to driving continuous improvement by employing AI-optimized solutions and adopting technological transformation to improve customer value and project results *LI-VL1 #CJ ## Description Our Customer Experience (CX) team is the engine behind delivering strategic value and critical business services to our customers.
