## About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MS Fabric Lead Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Services, along with production support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and ITSM experience., * 15+ years of experience in Azure technologies, software development, technical operations, or production support

 * 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience
 * Microsoft Fabric Workspaces, OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Factory Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2
 * Real-Time Analytics, Eventstream, Eventhouse, KQL Database, Semantic Models, Direct Lake
 * Spark Notebooks, Delta Lake, ETL/ELT and Data Modeling
 * Power BI, Azure Synapse Data Warehouse, Azure Cosmos DB
 * Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, API/APIM
 * SQL/T-SQL and data integration
 * Monitoring, observability, troubleshooting, RCA and performance tuning
 * Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Grafana or Splunk
 * Production support, service reliability, data pipeline monitoring and capacity management
 * ITIL/ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Release and Service Request Management
 * ServiceNow, JIRA Service Management or similar ITSM platforms
 * Strong experience handling production escalations and leading technical triage calls
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

 * Python, Spark or PySpark
 * Azure Event Hub
 * Azure Managed Grafana
 * PowerShell or Azure Functions
 * SRE concepts such as SLI, SLO and error budgets
