The OCM Analyst will develop and execute change management strategies that help employees and stakeholders successfully adopt new technologies, processes, tools, and ways of working. This position will support major IT initiatives, agility transformation, operational improvements, and continuous improvement programs within a complex, matrixed organization. The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently, managing multiple initiatives, and engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels. The role requires hands-on experience across the complete change management lifecycle, including stakeholder analysis, leadership alignment, change impact assessment, communications, training, readiness, adoption, and change measurement.
