This role requires a strong understanding of energy storage technology, system integration, and field operations aligned with Dutch grid standards and NEN regulations., Technical Support & Troubleshooting * Provide remote and on-site technical support for commissioning, operation, and maintenance of BESS solutions at various project sites throughout the Netherlands. * Diagnose and resolve system faults related to battery systems, inverters, BMS/EMS, and communication networks. * Work closely with HQ R&D and product teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. * Guide Dutch customers and service partners through system testing, firmware upgrades, and troubleshooting procedures. Pre-Sales & Solution Support * Support the Netherlands sales and application engineering teams with technical documentation, system configuration, and project design reviews. * Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions to explain system architecture and product functionalities. * Review project drawings, diagrams, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with Dutch electrical standards (e.g., NEN 1010, NEN-EN 50549). Training & Documentation * Conduct technical training (in English/Dutch) for customers, EPCs, and internal service teams. * Prepare and update user manuals, installation guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting checklists. * Maintain accurate service reports, failure analyses, and system performance records.
