These individuals will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting server, network, and data center infrastructure within live production environments while serving as technical escalation points for complex issues and critical incidents. This role requires advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities, including experience providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for hardware, network connectivity, and infrastructure-related issues. Technicians will be responsible for performing root cause analysis, resolving complex incidents, supporting enterprise-scale deployments, and maintaining uptime across mission-critical environments. Responsibilities include rack and stack deployments, server installations, structured cabling systems, network infrastructure support, incident response, and infrastructure maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience troubleshooting servers, switches, routers, fiber optic systems, and structured cabling infrastructure. Candidates should be comfortable diagnosing and resolving hardware failures, network connectivity issues, physical layer faults, and production incidents while adhering to operational standards and change management processes. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong understanding of physical and logical network infrastructure, including Layer 1, Layer 2, and basic Layer 3 networking concepts. This includes experience with VLANs, TCP/IP, routing fundamentals, fiber optic systems, structured cabling, switches, routers, optics, servers, and connectivity protocols.
