## Description

* Je stuurt engineers dagelijks aan, prioriteert de werkzaamheden op impact en bewaakt de capaciteit en voortgang.
 * Je neemt actief deel aan complexe troubleshooting en escalaties én ondersteunt bij implementaties en migraties.
 * Je toetst technische ontwerpen, bewaakt standaarden en zorgt dat SLA-afspraken en KPI's worden gehaald.
 * Je bent het technische en operationele aanspreekpunt voor klanten, interne teams en externe leveranciers.
 * Je verbetert en standaardiseert ITIL-processen, signaleert automatiseringskansen en vermindert operationele risico's.
 * Je stelt heldere technische documentatie en werkinstructies op om de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening te borgen.
