## About the Role

We are seeking an Electrical / Systems Integration Engineer to support the integration, verification, testing, and troubleshooting of high-reliability electronic systems. This position is ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands-on problem solving and working at the intersection of hardware and software. The engineer will support product integration, root-cause investigations, verification activities, component obsolescence efforts, and specialty engineering activities throughout the product lifecycle., Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred; an Engineering Technology degree or related technical degree will also be considered.

18 years of applicable engineering experience.

Experience integrating, testing, or troubleshooting electronic hardware and software.

Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.

Working knowledge of active and passive electronic components and circuit operation.

Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to investigate failures and contribute to root cause/corrective action activities.

Ability to work onsite in Endicott, NY.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with embedded systems.

Experience with high-reliability or high-criticality electronic products.

Hardware/software integration and verification experience.

Experience supporting component obsolescence or minor electronic redesign efforts.

Exposure to reliability, maintainability, availability, failure analysis, or safety engineering.

Support hardware/software integration, system testing, and troubleshooting of electronic equipment.

Perform integration and verification testing to ensure products meet functional specifications and customer requirements.

Read and interpret electrical schematics to support test, integration, and failure investigations.

Troubleshoot electronic circuits containing both active and passive components.

Evaluate technical issues and develop practical solutions to hardware, software, and process problems.
