## Description

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to support and strengthen core infrastructure operations in Texas. This contract position with potential for a permanent role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can manage Microsoft-based environments, maintain reliable system performance, and contribute to day-to-day technical stability. The role will work across server administration, identity management, messaging systems, and virtualized access technologies while helping ensure a secure and efficient IT environment., Administer and maintain Windows Server environments to support reliable performance, availability, and security across business systems.
Manage Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, including user access, group policies, identity controls, and directory health.
Support Citrix-based platforms to provide stable remote access and virtual application delivery for end users.
Oversee Microsoft Exchange administration, including mailbox management, system functionality, and issue resolution.
Monitor infrastructure components, troubleshoot system-related problems, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Partner with internal teams and contract technical resources to maintain continuity of operations and address infrastructure priorities.
Document configurations, operational procedures, and support activities to improve consistency and knowledge sharing.
