This role is ideal for candidates with experience in management consulting, healthcare consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, strategic operations, or business transformation, particularly within healthcare, specialty pharmacy, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or health systems. Reporting to Strategic Operations leadership and partnering closely with the Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts & Health System Experience and the broader HSE leadership team, this individual will help shape strategic priorities, lead cross-functional projects, support account growth initiatives, and deliver actionable insights that improve performance across the business. This is a highly visible role requiring a strong blend of strategic planning, analytics, project management, change management, and executive communication. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and capable of translating complex business challenges into actionable solutions.
