 * DoD 8140 compliant (Security+ CE certification)
 * Experience configuring, deploying, and maintaining IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management as Application-as-Code using CI/CD
 * Experience with cloud-based deployments
 * Strong engineering rigor and troubleshooting skills
 * Experience with relational and non-relational databases
 * Experience integrating applications with ServiceNow or similar platforms
 * Knowledge of Active Directory, SAML, OpenLDAP, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC
 * Experience with system testing and validation
 * Experience developing integrations using Python, PowerShell, and Groovy
 * Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, and GitLab

Preferred Qualifications

 * MBSE experience
 * TeamWork Cloud/Cameo experience
 * SharePoint experience
 * Tableau experience
 * Grafana and Splunk experience
 * ServiceNow experience
 * API Gateway experience
