## About the Role

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies/experience:

 * Customer service experience.
 * Educating staff on new processes when necessary.
 * Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 * Experience with IT customer service.
 * Experience working on a large campus (preferred)
 * Strong work ethic.
 * Previous experience working on computer networks, phone network, printers, etc.
 * Willingness to work with staff to resolve computer issues
 * Assist with installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
 * Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
 * Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
 * Providing technical support across companies (this may be in person or over the phone)
 * Setting up accounts for new users
 * Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
 * Testing new technology

## Description

Assists IT department as needed, including but not limited to the following:

While working at Pali Mountain you will monitor and repair network infrastructure, maintain our public WIFI, remotely manage software on staff computers, purchase new equipment when necessary and properly dispose of old equipment and maintain existing hardware. Along with working on our computer network you will maintain our phone system, assist with audio/video set up and continual maintenance on both.
