## About the Role

* ABET accredited Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, or a related field

 * No prior professional experience required, but relevant internships or academic projects are a plus
\n

 * Familiarity with the system engineering lifecycle (IV&V phase) preferred (may be acquired through coursework or projects)
\n

 * Security Clearance is required - candidates must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance.
\n

 * Experience with data analysis techniques and tools.
\n

 * Basic programming skills in at least one language (e.g., MATLAB, Python).
\n

 * Familiarity with test methodologies and equipment.
\n

 * Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
\n

 * Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
