## About the Role

This is a fully remote position. The successful candidate for this position will be detail oriented, self-motivated, and efficient. The DB Consultant will review actuarial valuations and administration for Defined Benefit and Cash Balance plans prepared by administrators. Additionally, the DB Consultant will provide consulting to Defined Benefit and Cash Balance plan sponsors., * 3+ years of experience administering small Defined Benefit/Cash Balance plans.

 * College degree.

 * Strong computer literacy, including Excel, Word, and Adobe.
\n

 * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track multiple tasks and issues, set goals and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 * Must be mature and dependable.
\n

 * Must be able to work both independently and with direction.
