## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or approved degree/experience equivalency.
 * Minimum two (2) years of experience in LMS administration, instructional design, or e-learning development.
 * Experience building online courses, modules, assessments, and learning activities within an LMS.
 * Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
 * Experience developing instructional materials, manuals, guides, and job aids.
 * Experience using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or other virtual learning platforms.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and curriculum development tools., * Experience with Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, or comparable LMS systems.
 * Experience with Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent authoring tools.
 * Federal or military training support experience.
 * Advanced instructional technology or e-learning development expertise.

## Description

* Configure, maintain, and support Learning Management Systems and related training technologies.
 * Upload, update, and manage course content within LMS platforms.
 * Build online learning modules, assessments, and learner activities.
 * Develop student manuals, instructional guides, job aids, and training videos.
 * Maintain current course content and implement approved revisions.
 * Provide LMS guidance and technical support to instructors and course directors.
 * Analyze stakeholder requirements and recommend LMS-based solutions.
 * Support virtual learning platforms and integrations.
 * Ensure course functionality, accessibility, and compliance with established standards.
 * Assist with reporting, system testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
