## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
\n

 * 0-2 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or customer onboarding.
\n

 * Working knowledge of SaaS application configuration and administration.
\n

 * Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Confluence.
\n

 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n

 * Strong critical thinking skills
\n

 * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
\n

 * Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate with clients in a professional, service-oriented manner.
\n, * Basic understanding of data management, SQL, and integrations (REST APIs and SAP RFC or BTP preferred).
\n

 * Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data validation and manipulation.
\n

 * Experience in enterprise asset management software environments (EAM, SAP, EHS, maintenance, etc.).

 * Familiarity with agile development practices

 * Proficiency of Spanish
\n

 * Self-motivated and adaptable to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.

## Description

The Implementation Specialist supports the successful delivery of implementation projects by working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to configure, deploy, and optimize our enterprise software solutions.

\n

This role focuses on the hands-on execution of implementation activities, including system configuration, data migration, testing, and customer training, while ensuring that client requirements are met accurately and efficiently.

\n

Implementation Specialists lead end-to-end client onboarding, designing scalable solutions that align with client needs. With a strong foundation in software implementation, they excel at problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and driving client success.
