## Description

We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer to help build next-generation AI systems within the healthcare space.
This role focuses on designing and deploying highly scalable, production-grade systems related to patient communication, triage workflows, AI agent orchestration, and secure healthcare data platforms.
You will join a highly technical environment focused on solving complex real-world problems through AI, distributed systems, and modern software engineering practices.
This is not a traditional enterprise engineering role - we are looking for builders who thrive in ambiguity, ownership, and high-impact environments.
What you'll do
Design and deploy AI-powered healthcare systems at scale
Build backend services and distributed systems using Python and modern architectures
Work on patient communication and triage workflows
Contribute to AI agent orchestration and automation layers
Build secure healthcare data systems with reliability and compliance in mind
Work on low-latency voice/video and real-time interaction systems
Integrate with enterprise and healthcare platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ambiguous requirements into scalable solutions
Help define engineering standards, architecture, and technical direction
