## About the Role

* Approximately 5+ years of experience supporting Linux-based systems

 * Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or another Linux distribution

 * Experience troubleshooting production environments
\n

 * Strong knowledge of networking
\n

 * Strong understanding of SIP (Session Initiation Protocol)

 * Ability to troubleshoot application, network, and operating system issues on Linux servers
\n

 * Experience gathering and analyzing logs and traces using the Linux command line
\n

 * Ability to analyze Wireshark traces/packet captures
\n

 * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
\n

 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n

 * Comfortable working directly with customer engineering and technical teams
\n

 * Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office/productivity tools
