## About the Role

Do you have experience in Data analytics?, * 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, commercial analytics, or a similar role.

 * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into practical business recommendations.
 * Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, and/or similar analytics and reporting platforms.
 * Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with SQL is a strong advantage
 * Strong understanding of customer behaviour, segmentation, retention, and performance measurement.
 * Experience creating dashboards, reports, and performance frameworks.
 * Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, curious mindset.
 * Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing decisions through data.
 * Experience within e-commerce, retail, consumer brands, or a fast-paced commercial environment is preferred.

## Description

We are seeking an analytical and commercially minded Data & Insights Analyst to help drive decision-making across the business.

In this role, you will transform complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations that support growth, improve customer experience, and optimize business performance. You will work closely with Marketing, E-commerce, and other key stakeholders to identifyo identify opportunities, measure results, and support strategic initiatives through data-driven analysis.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, uncovering trends, and turning information into meaningful business impact., * Own and develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance monitoring across key business functions.

 * Analyse customer behaviour, purchasing patterns, retention trends, and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
 * Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
 * Evaluate the impact of campaigns, promotions, product launches, and strategic projects.
 * Analyse product performance and category trends to support commercial decisions.
 * Monitor market and category trends to identify opportunities, risks, and shifts in consumer behaviour.
 * Identify opportunities to automate reporting, data processes, and recurring analyses to improve efficiency and scalability.
 * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting and analysis.
 * Support the team with measurement and analysis of tests and experiments, including pricing, promotions, customer journeys, and conversion optimisation initiatives.
 * Proactively identify opportunities to optimise performance, profitability, and growth.
