The role is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable enterprise backend applications and services using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Oracle, and cloud-native technologies.
The engineer will work as a strong contributor within an Agile delivery team, collaborating with architects, developers, and stakeholders while adhering to modern software engineering, code quality, security, CI/CD, and cloud-native development practices., * Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable Java backend applications and services.

 * Develop enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and Oracle.
 * Apply strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) across design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
 * Work within an Agile/Scrum delivery team to achieve sprint goals and deliver high-quality solutions.
 * Contribute to application architecture, technical design, documentation, and engineering standards.
 * Design and implement Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Microservices, Event-Driven Services, and cloud-native applications.
 * Develop high-performance APIs using REST and GraphQL.
 * Analyze and troubleshoot complex application, coding, integration, and performance issues.
 * Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement effective defect resolutions.
 * Use Docker for application containerization and Kubernetes/OpenShift for orchestration and deployment.
 * Participate in and improve CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, deployments, and release processes.
 * Develop and automate unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to maintain strong code quality.
 * Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve engineering productivity and development efficiency.
 * Identify opportunities to streamline and automate software development, build, deployment, and operational processes.
 * Communicate technical progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and potential bottlenecks effectively.
