## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience in AWS Cloud Operations, Cloud Infrastructure, or Systems Engineering.
 * Strong hands-on experience with AWS.
 * Experience with EC2, S3, EBS, VPC, IAM, RDS, Route 53, ELB, Auto Scaling, and CloudWatch.
 * Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
 * Strong scripting experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
 * Linux and/or Windows server administration.
 * Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, routing, subnets, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing.
 * Experience with monitoring, incident management, change management, and production support.
 * Knowledge of cloud security, backup, and disaster recovery.
 * Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred

 * Experience with AWS Systems Manager.
 * Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation.
 * Experience supporting enterprise production environments.
 * AWS certification is a plus.

## Description

We are looking for an AWS Cloud Operations Engineer to support day-to-day AWS cloud operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, security, automation, and production support. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on AWS infrastructure experience and be comfortable working with application, infrastructure, security, and development teams., * Manage and support AWS services including EC2, S3, EBS, VPC, IAM, RDS, Route 53, Load Balancers, and Auto Scaling.

 * Monitor AWS environments using CloudWatch and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
 * Support production incidents, changes, maintenance, patching, and root-cause analysis.
 * Manage IAM roles, policies, security groups, encryption, and access controls.
 * Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using Terraform, CloudFormation, Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
 * Use AWS Systems Manager for patching, inventory, configuration, and remote administration.
 * Support backups, recovery, disaster recovery, and availability improvements.
 * Monitor AWS performance and costs and assist with resource optimization.
 * Create and maintain runbooks, documentation, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures.
