RBC Wealth Management is expanding our product offerings and seeking a technology leader to deliver an outstanding experience with these banking products. In this role you will be responsible for internal technology development, vendor partnerships, and managing successful implementation of deposit and banking solutions. The role will manage a team of developers, formulate strategy with business partners, and drive execution activities to accomplish objectives according to budget and schedule expectations. WHAT WILL YOU DO? * Manage the implementation of multiple concurrent initiatives of varying complexity in a time efficient manner. Monitor and control activities according to plan. * Continuously identify potential issues, conflicts, and risks. Analyze, mitigate and escalate where appropriate * Manage a team of IT resources providing day-to-day work direction, coaching and professional development, and performance management. * Collaborate and contribute to cross-functional enterprise initiatives and manage the effective implementation of assigned deliverables. * Establish strong working relationships across business units and platforms to build influence and impact with key business partners.
