We are relentless in our efforts to bolster equity, in both academic and work spaces, by fostering a culture of belonging and ensuring our diverse employees and students have equitable access to the resources and opportunities needed to thrive — personally, professionally, and academically. ## Description * To provide service and support to students and district employees; district-owned hardware, software and peripherals; district subscription services Performance Responsibilities: * Perform routine maintenance of equipment and upgrades to software * Install and troubleshoot software while adhering to license requirements * Install, configure, repair and troubleshoot computers, mobile devices and peripherals * Maintain accurate inventory records of equipment, warranties and software licenses * Prioritize tech tickets, find resolutions and document repair solutions * Maintain department documentation with updated procedures, troubleshooting and problem-solving resolutions * May be asked to manage: + iOS devices through MDM solutions + Chrome devices through the Google Admin Console + Application deployment to mobile devices * Perform any other such duties as may be assigned by the Director of Information * Systems and/or the Director of Technology and Library Media Essential Functions of the Job: * Establish and maintain positive interactions with students, school personnel and community members * Present information in a clear and concise manner * Consult and collaborate with Technology Department members * Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness to solve problems * Independently organize and prioritize multiple demands while performing duties and tasks at expected levels of professionalism * Learn new systems and technology to meet changing demands * Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion Reports to: * Director of Information Systems
