As Head of Solution Architecture, you set the vision, shape the roadmap, and uphold the standards for Dyson's enterprise architecture. You'll ensure technology aligns with business and operational goals, and that AI and automation are adopted with intent-not just added for novelty.
You'll architect for scale, resilience, and security, establishing clear governance and frameworks. You'll upskill your team and advocate for responsible, data-driven design, guiding technology through every stage of maturity.
Collaboration is key-you connect business strategy to technical execution, partnering with leaders across IT, product, engineering, and data. Throughout, you ensure Dyson's architectures are future-proof and always open to innovation., Define, maintain, and evolve Dyson's enterprise architecture framework, ensuring all solutions-legacy and new-align with company and industry standards.
Architect platform strategies that incorporate AI, automation, and data-driven services, with a focus on measurable business impact and clear technical governance.
Lead architectural governance boards and reviews, balancing innovation with compliance, cost, risk, and operational excellence.
