Physical Demands and Work Environment: * Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit. * Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity. * Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, or kneel. * Continually required to talk or hear. * Continually utilize visual acuity to read technical information and use a keyboard. * Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items less than 25 pounds. * Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision; distance vision; depth perception and ability to adjust focus. ## Description This position is responsible for acting as primary technical resource for the sales team while assisting with pre- and post- sales activities for commercial, municipal, industrial and residential building systems and equipment project opportunities to achieve customer satisfaction., * Provides technical support and expertise to sales, inside sales, purchasing, service and customers. * Reviews customer requirements, project, bid, RFQ specifications, sourcing requirements and application information to determine the best solution(s) for the project. * Prepares job quotations including list of products and services, pricing, delivery and freight information. * Builds and maintains relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, engineers, contractors, end users and wholesalers. * Records in CRM system details of customer interactions or transactions, quotations, inquiries and comments, as well as any actions taken. * Assists sales and service teams with seminars, customer training and field start-ups as required. * Attends meetings as required to discuss status of outstanding quotes, pending projects and to ensure jobs are completed on schedule.. * Acts as back-up for the inside sales team during vacations, absences or peak periods. * Performs other related duties as assigned by management. ## Related Videos - [Developing the Rich Text Editor for DeepL.com](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1172-developing-the-rich-text-editor-for-deepl-com) - [You’re a great coder?
