## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
 * Proven experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or cloud operations in a healthcare or regulated environment.
 * Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (including Entra ID, virtual networks, identity management, and PIM) and AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3).
 * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
 * Solid understanding of networking concepts: LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, and firewall configurations.
 * Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates) and automation scripting (PowerShell, Python).
 * Experience with security frameworks (CIS, NIST) and compliance requirements (HIPAA, HITECH).
 * Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
 * Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
 * Commitment to confidentiality, ethical standards, and continuous improvement.
 * Comfortable working in a small, agile IT team supporting a large, distributed workforce.

This includes managing and modernizing Azure and AWS cloud resources, Microsoft 365 services, and on-premises systems to support critical homecare services and ensure compliance with industry standards.
