Education & Experience:

 * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Technology, or related field.
 * 3-7 years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, end-user computing, networking fundamentals, and business-critical applications.
 * Experience supporting warehouse and distribution center operations.
 * Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

## Description

* Serve as the primary IT support owner for distribution center and corporate infrastructure stability, availability, and operational readiness.
 * Provide hands-on support for servers, workstations, laptops, thin clients, mobile computers, RF scanners, label printers, network printers, time clocks, peripherals, and other endpoint devices used in warehouse and office environments.
 * Monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate issues related to LAN/WAN connectivity, wireless access points, RF coverage, VPN access, switches, cabling, telecom services, and network-dependent warehouse operations.
 * Perform initial triage and root cause analysis for infrastructure incidents, distinguishing between hardware, network, operating system, application, database, integration, and user-related causes.
 * Coordinate closely with enterprise infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, desktop support, telecommunications, facilities, and vendor teams to restore service and prevent recurring incidents.
 * Support infrastructure change activities including patching, workstation refreshes, hardware replacements, device imaging, firmware updates, access point upgrades, printer/scanner deployments, and server or network maintenance windows.
