## About the Role

* 5+ years of Organizational Change Management experience.
 * Experience supporting technology, Agile, or digital transformation.
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
 * Experience with change assessments, communications, training, and resistance management.
 * Understanding of Scrum, SAFe, and/or Kanban strongly preferred.
 * Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
 * U.S. Citizenship required.

Preferred

 * Prosci, CCMP, or similar OCM certification.
 * Federal government or highly regulated industry experience.

## Description

* Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities supporting Agile and technology transformation.
 * Drive adoption of Agile practices, behaviors, and organizational change. TOR #2026-34 DevOps Engineer, * Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
 * Conduct change impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments.
 * Develop stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans.
 * Identify and manage resistance to organizational change.
 * Work closely with leadership, Agile Program Managers, Agile Coaches, and impacted teams.
 * Track adoption, readiness, feedback, and change effectiveness. TOR #2026-34 DevOps Engineer
