This person will own solution architecture and roadmap development, lead strategic implementations, and standardize project delivery workflows across a portfolio of active projects. The ideal candidate blends strong knowledge of construction/EPC operations with systems thinking and the ability to drive adoption through training, coaching, and change management-especially with field teams., * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (required). * 6+ years of experience in construction operations with strong technology exposure (required). * Proven experience with Procore, including leading development, testing, and implementation of strategic initiatives (required). * Strong understanding of construction and engineering processes across the project lifecycle (required). * Strong field workflow knowledge (document control, RFIs, submittals, quality, safety, scheduling, closeout). * Demonstrated experience with cost control processes (contracts, budgets, change orders, etc.). * Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and communication skills. * Ability to translate business/user needs into scalable, platform-based solutions. * Strong problem-solving skills and an execution-oriented mindset.
