 * Experience supporting Windows environments, enterprise applications, networking, and ticketing systems.

 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and customer service skills.

 * Bachelor's degree required.

 * Active Secret Clearance required.

 * Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment, including assigned shifts.

## Description

* Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, software, applications, networking, and connectivity issues.

 * Manage and prioritize incidents through phone, ticketing, and monitoring systems while ensuring timely resolution.

 * Troubleshoot Windows systems, applications, TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, routing, switching, and secure communications.

 * Perform root-cause analysis, track recurring issues, and identify opportunities to improve support processes.

 * Document troubleshooting and corrective actions and escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams.

 * Support mission operations and Systems Integration Laboratory (SIL) activities as needed.
