## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related technical field (advanced degree preferred)
 * 10+ years of experience supporting aerospace, defense, or space systems programs
 * Experience with ISR, radar systems, RF payloads, or mission systems engineering
 * Familiarity with MBSE/SysML tools and systems engineering lifecycle processes
 * Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
 * Active TS/SCI clearance required

Preferred Qualifications

 * Prior SETA or government program office experience
 * Experience with DoD acquisition processes and space system integration/testing
 * Familiarity with tools such as Cameo, Jira, Confluence, DOORS, MATLAB, or Python

## Description

Join OMNI Consulting Solutions as a Senior Systems Engineer and take on a critical technical leadership role supporting a federal customer's most demanding systems. You'll provide independent technical assessments, drive systems engineering excellence, and directly influence decisions made by senior government stakeholders through rigorous analysis and expert guidance., * Provide independent technical assessments of contractor designs, architectures, and system performance

 * Support systems engineering activities including requirements, integration, test, verification, and operations
 * Evaluate radar, RF payload, and mission system performance
 * Support MBSE and digital engineering efforts using tools such as Cameo/MagicDraw
 * Participate in design reviews, integration/test campaigns, and readiness assessments
 * Identify technical risks and provide recommendations to government leadership
 * Develop briefings and decision support materials for senior stakeholders
