* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
 * 8-10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting data warehouse or large data integration projects.
 * 5+ years of experience working with Medicaid or healthcare data systems.
 * Strong experience gathering and documenting complex business and data requirements., * Experience with TMSIS and other federal reporting compliance to Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
 * Experience with Agile or hybrid Agile delivery models.
 * Knowledge of HIPAA data privacy and healthcare data compliance requirements., * Data warehouse concepts and dimensional modeling
 * SQL and data analysis
 * ETL processes and data integration
 * Data profiling and data quality analysis
 * Reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Cognos)
 * Documentation tools (Visio)
