Working closely with Operations, Technology, Data Management, User Experience and business stakeholders, this role will define and deliver digital onboarding capabilities that simplify complex operational processes, improve transparency, and create a consistent onboarding experience across participant types. The Product Owner will translate strategic objectives into actionable requirements, manage the product backlog, and drive delivery through Agile squads. This role requires balancing user experience, operational efficiency, regulatory considerations, and enterprise integration requirements while championing the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
