This role will lead the transition of Ordering Management capabilities from Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to Salesforce while ensuring scalable, compliant solutions and operational continuity across FMI's business-critical systems. Partnering with business and technology leaders, the Principal Software Engineer defines transition-state and future-state architectures, owns key technical roadmaps and solution decisions, guides integration strategies across Salesforce, D365, LIMS, Medical Reporting, Billing, and other core platforms, and helps engineering teams translate architecture into reliable delivery outcomes.
