## About the Role

* Proven experience in Kubernetes and OpenShift container platforms, including architecture, configuration, deployment, administration, troubleshooting, and end-to-end environment setup
 * Experience working with Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, Generative AI solutions, or similar AI-powered development and productivity platforms
 * Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, Ansible, Jenkins, Git, and related automation frameworks
 * Strong development experience in Java/J2EE technologies, including designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications
 * Proficiency with development and monitoring tools such as Eclipse, Splunk, and similar software engineering toolsets
 * Experience with code quality, code review, and static analysis tools such as SonarQube, Crucible, and related platforms
 * Thorough understanding of modern software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and continuous delivery practices
 * Strong experience designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
 * Experience monitoring, tuning, and optimizing cloud infrastructure performance, availability, scalability, and cost efficiency
 * Proven ability to develop and maintain automation scripts and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions for cloud provisioning, deployment, and operational management
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in complex enterprise environments
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
 * Strong hands-on experience with container technologies, including Docker and containerized application deployment

Desired skills:

 * Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent advanced degree
