 * 2+ years administering Mule ESB/MuleSoft across cloud and multiple environments.
 * Strong knowledge of JSON, XML, CSV, and fixed-width files.
 * Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, Groovy, Perl, or Bash.

Highly Desired

 * 5+ years hands-on experience with IBM IIB/ACE.
 * 2+ years experience with AWS.
 * Experience with Boomi is a plus.

## Description

The NC Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a highly skilled Integration Engineer to design, develop, implement, and support real-time, batch, scheduled, and on-demand data integrations across internal and external systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft, API development, ETL, system integration, and Salesforce integrations. The role involves requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and maintenance., * Design and develop integration solutions using MuleSoft.

 * Build and manage APIs, ETL processes, and system interfaces.
 * Integrate MuleSoft with Salesforce using standard/custom connectors.
 * Configure API Manager, proxy endpoints, API portals, and analytics.
 * Apply integration patterns including messaging, caching, mapping, branching, and parallel processing.
 * Support architecture, technical sizing, high availability, testing, deployment, and production support.
 * Collaborate with business and technical teams to clarify requirements and deliver solutions.
 * Support go-live and post-implementation activities.
