## About the Role

* 8+ years of software engineering or related technical experience.
 * 4+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience with recent Generative AI/LLM development.
 * Strong experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, or equivalent LLM platforms.
 * Advanced Python development skills.
 * Strong experience with RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, tool calling, and LLM orchestration.
 * Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
 * Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration.
 * Experience deploying and supporting AI solutions in production environments.

Preferred Skills

 * Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search
 * AWS
 * Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio / Power Platform
 * Vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate

## Description

* Design and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI and LLM applications.
 * Build AI agents, RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows, and intelligent automation.
 * Develop backend services and APIs using Python.
 * Implement prompt engineering, tool/function calling, context management, and LLM orchestration.
 * Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and business workflows.
 * Work directly with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate requirements into technical solutions.
 * Own solutions from architecture and development through deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
 * Implement AI security, governance, evaluation, observability, and performance standards.
 * Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring.
