Knowledge and Skills: * Strong system programming background with C/C++ for enterprise class software * Proficiency with data structures, algorithms, and multi-threaded programming * Proficiency debugging issues in multi-threaded and clustered environments * In-depth knowledge of operating systems internals * Prior experience in one or more of the following areas highly desirable: + Data path for high performance storage systems + Distributed file systems, storage systems, and/or high availability clusters + Memory management, performance tuning and/or modeling * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience in overall architecture of software systems for products and solutions. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language. Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at senior management levels. ## Description This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office., Designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for software enhancements and new products. Develops software including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases and Internet-related tools.
