* 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise healthcare applications, information systems, or clinical applications * Experience with system configuration, workflow analysis, troubleshooting, and application support * Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, operational processes, and data management * Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions * Ability to perform root cause analysis, gap analysis, and recommend workflow improvements * Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with end users, operational leaders, and technical teams * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

## Description

Experience within Epic Healthy Planet, population health, care management, wellness initiatives, or value-based care environments would make a candidate particularly attractive.
