## About the Role

REQUIRED 12-hour shifts with day and overnight schedules available. Potential schedules include Sunday - Tuesday + every other Wednesday or Thursday - Saturday + every other Wednesday. Weekend work is required.

For this position, you will gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise data center operations. Responsibilities include working within enterprise ticketing systems, performing server hardware diagnostics, utilizing Linux OS and command-line tools to troubleshoot issues, and replacing hardware components such as DIMMs, hard drives, CPUs, and other server equipment.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and an interest in server hardware and data center environments. Experience with computer hardware, Linux, diagnostics, and enterprise IT support is highly preferred.
